Seats

Enterprise administrators can manage seats of members, such as enabling a seat for a member. Then, the member can use the AI functions of the CodeArts Agent services.

Prerequisites

An IAM user or federated user has been added as an enterprise member. For details, see Managing Members and Teams.

Enabling a Seat

  1. Log in to the CodeArts Agent console using an enterprise administrator account.
  2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Enterprise Management > Seats. The Seats page is displayed.

On the top of the page, you can view the total number of seats and seat usage in the package. If your team has run out of available seats, you are advised to change the package to purchase additional seats.

  3. Locate the target member, and click Enable in the Operation column. The Enable Seat dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click OK to enable the seat.

In Seat Allocation Details, the seat status of the target member changes to Enabled.

Disabling a Seat

On the basic and professional packages, if a seat's accumulated token usage within the current package period exceeds 1 million, the seat cannot be disabled during this period. The package period starts from the date of purchase and ends on the same date of the following month.

  1. Log in to the CodeArts Agent console using an enterprise administrator account.
  2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Enterprise Management > Seats. The Seats page is displayed.
  3. Locate the target member, and click Disable. The Disable Seat dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click OK to disable the seat.

In Seat Allocation Details, the seat status of the target member changes to Disabled. After a seat is disabled, the member cannot use the AI function of CodeArts Agent.
