Managing Risks

You can use online questionnaires to analyze privacy risks, and can track them through the entire mitigation lifecycle.

Handling a Risk

  1. Log in to the PCMC.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Risk Assessment > Risk Management.
  3. In the Operation column of a risk, click Edit to go to the Edit Risk Details page.
  4. Change the value of Risk Status.

    • Overdue
    • Handled
    • In progress

  5. Fill in the Risk Disposal Description text box. Describe the risk mitigation measures, such as consent mechanisms implemented via the privacy statement. Upload a file as evidence.
  6. Click Submit to start the approval process.

Approval Process

The cross-border risk management process is as follows. You can check it in Personal Center.

Related Operations

Click a risk ID to go to the Risk Details page and check the Basic Information, DI Information, and Risk Disposal Information.
