Logging In to the Instance Web Console

System administrators can manage and maintain a privacy compliance platform instance after logging in to its web console.

Prerequisites

You have obtained the username and password from technical support engineers.

Logging In to the Instance Web Console

  1. Log in to the DSC console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select a region or project.
  3. Choose Privacy Data Management > Privacy Compliance Platform.
  4. Log in to an instance. You can log in to the instance using either of the following methods. Method 1 is recommended.

    • Method 1:
      1. In the Operation column of an instance, click Remote Login.
      2. Select a login mode. Public Network Login is recommended.
    • Method 2:
      • Click an instance name to go to its instance details page. Obtain the value of its EIP.

      • Enter the URL in the address box of the browser and press Enter. The login page is displayed. URL: https://<Server_EIP>/pcm-console/sign-in

  5. (Optional) If the browser displays a security warning page, click Advanced.

  6. (Optional) Click Proceed to xx.xx.xx.xx (unsafe).

  7. (Optional) Click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner and select a language.
  8. On the login page, enter the username and password, and click Login.

  9. After the login is successful, the PCMC page is displayed.

    You are advised to change the password periodically to ensure login security. For details, see Changing the Login Password.

Changing the Login Password

  1. Log in to the web console of the instance.
  2. Move the cursor to the username in the upper right corner and click Change Password.
  3. In the displayed dialog box, set New Password, Repeat Password, and Current Password, and click Submit.
