System Status

The CPU, memory, disk usage, and network card data traffic of the system server are displayed as charts in the instances console interface.

Checking System Status

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select System Settings > System Status.
  3. System monitoring-CPU and memory: Check the utilization rates of the devices system server CPU and memory.

Figure 1 System onitoring-CPU and memory
Table 1 Parameter escription for viewing CPU and memory status

    Parameter

    Description

    CPU

The systems CPU utilization percentage, capped at 100%.

    Memory

The systems CPU utilization percentage, capped at 100%.

    Chart Y-axis

The CPU and memory allocation is divided into five equal segments, each accounting for 20%.

    Chart X-axis

The timeline display shows CPU and memory usage over the past hour across 30 nodes.

  4. Network Traffic: View the system servers inbound and outbound traffic information for the device over the past hour.

Table 2 Description for iewing network card traffic

    Parameter

    Description

    Network card name

The network card information above the icon displays the number and names of network cards on the current system server.

    Incoming Traffic

The traffic flowing into the network card generated by external access system requests.

    Outgoing Traffic

The system returns the outgoing traffic generated by the network card to the external access system.

    Chart Y-axis

The network card traffic volume, measured in KB.

    Chart X-axis

The timeline display shows 30 nodes, presenting network card traffic data for nearly one hour.

  5. Disk Space: View the name, total space, and used space of the devices current partition.

Table 3 Description for iewing disk space

    Parameter

    Description

    Chart Y-axis

Show the partition disk path name.

    Chart X-axis

Show the disk size of each partition in GB.

  6. Key Component: View information about the two core components of the device gateway platform and database.

    Figure 4 Key omponent
Table 4 Description for iewing key components

    Parameter

    Description

    Name

    The component name.

    Service Status

    Component status: Normal or stopped.

    Space Usage

Space utilization percentage: The space utilization rate for gateway platform services is a fixed value, so no percentage is displayed; it shows -.

    CPU Usage

CPU utilization rate of key components.

    Memory Usage

Memory usage ratio of key components.

    JVM Usage

The JVM utilization rate for key components: the database does not occupy JVM space, so there is no JVM utilization rate displayed.
