Access Authorization for O&M Asset Repository
This function grants database resource access permissions to database operators for accessing third-party business system data via the bastion host.
Constraints and Limitations
Only onboarded O&M asset repository accounts can be retrieved in the Authorized assets/accounts module.
Managing Authorization Groups and Group Members
- Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
- In the left navigation bar, select Ops Asset Management> Ops Access Authorization. Figure 1 Access authorization for O&M asset repository
- Add New Access Authorization Group: Click Add Authorization Group and fill in the authorization group name. Figure 2 Adding authorization group

Authorization Group Name
Name of the access authorization group. (Required)
- Click the OK button.
- Add an asset library account to the authorized group.
- On the selected authorization group, click Asset/Account Count to enter the Authorized assets/accounts page. Figure 3 Authorize assets/account
- Click the Add asset and account button to pop up the configuration page. Select target asset repository accounts; multiple selections are supported at a time.
- Click OK to add selected accounts into the authorization group.
- For existing added asset accounts, the following operations are available:
- Delete Single Account: Click Delete and confirm in the popup window to remove the account from the authorization group.
- Batch Deletion: Tick the checkboxes before target accounts for multi-select, then click Batch Removal on the top right to delete selected accounts in bulk.
- On the selected authorization group, click Asset/Account Count to enter the Authorized assets/accounts page.
- Add authorized O&M users to the authorization group.
- On the selected authorization group, click Authorized User to enter the Operation and maintenance authorized user page. Figure 4 Operation and maintenance authorized user
- Click the Add Authorized Users for operation and maintenance button at the upper right of the page. The Add authorized users for operation and maintenance window pops up. You can quickly search for target O&M users by name or account name. Figure 5 Adding authorized O&M user

Real name or account name of O&M user; fuzzy matching is supported.
- Select O&M users to be added to the authorization group; multiple selections are available.
- Click OK, and a success prompt pops up.
- Select a target O&M user in the list and click the Delete button.
- A prompt Deleting cannot be undone, are you sure you want to delete the authorized user? click OK to delete the user.
- Tick the checkboxes before multiple O&M users for batch selection, then click Batch Removal at the top right corner to delete users in bulk.
- On the selected authorization group, click Authorized User to enter the Operation and maintenance authorized user page.
- Click the Back button at the top right corner to return to the authorization group list page.
Related Operations
After configuration, O&M personnel can access assets via the bastion host.
This feature is used to configure database access permissions for O&M staff.
