Call Tests

You can test the configured chatbot to determine whether the configuration is correct.

  1. Choose Chatbot Management.
  2. Click Add to add an access code. Set required information, select the flow to be tested, and click Confirm.
  3. Click Test Call in the last column of the desired access code.
  4. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the information to perform the test.
