Adding Sensitive Words

Sensitive words are configured to check customer input. If the customer input contains a sensitive word, the robot receives a sensitive word triggering event for further processing.

Procedure

  1. Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Semantic Understanding.
  2. Choose Knowledge Management > Entity Management and click the Sensitive Word tab.
  3. Click in the category area on the left to add a category for sensitive words, for example, Forbidden Words, and click Save.
  4. Select the new category on the left and click Create on the right to add sensitive words. Press Enter to add multiple records.
