How Do I Set the Click-to-Dial Called Route?
Prerequisites
A click-to-dial called route has been configured.
Procedure
- Click
to enable Click To Call.
- Set CTD Called Party Configuration. The options are as follows:
- Audio and video agent
- IVR
- Select a configured called route.
- Click The next step to complete the configuration.
