Full Refunds for Unused Resources

A full refund is available if packages have not been used within five days of purchase.

Unsubscription Rules

A full refund is available if a resource package has not been used (no usage deducted from the package) within five days of purchase. No handling fee is charged, and there is no limit on the number of unsubscriptions.
KooGallery resource packages cannot be unsubscribed from.

Calculation of Refund

Actual Refund = Paid amount. In this case, the full paid amount is refunded and the used cash coupons are returned.

Example:

On January 01, 2024, you purchased a one-month resource package for $100.00 USD, using a $20.00 USD cash coupon and paying $80.00 USD. On January 02, 2024, if you unsubscribed from the resource package before it was used, the paid amount ($80.00 USD) would be refunded and the cash coupon of $20.00 USD would be returned.

Procedure

Access the Unsubscriptions page.
Choose Resource packages > Active > Full Refunds for Unused Resources.
Locate the resource package you want to unsubscribe from, and click Unsubscribe from Resource in the Operation column.

You can search for resource packages by instance ID/resource ID, instance name, order No., product specifications, product type, or region. You can also filter resource packages by enterprise project if you have enabled enterprise project management.
Review the unsubscription and refund details. Select an unsubscription reason, and click Confirm.
Check the unsubscription progress on the order details page.
