Configuring Application Appearance

You can optimize an application's navigation by adjusting layout, elements, and style, making it more user-friendly and visually appealing.

Customizing the Appearance of an Application

  1. Log in to the application designer by referring to Logging In to the Application Designer.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Settings. The Application Settings page is displayed.

  3. Choose Appearance Settings to set the application layout.

    • Desktop: provides some options for displaying an application on the PC.
    • Mobile: provides some options for displaying an application on the mobile device.
    • Application Theme: provide some preset theme colors. You can click Themes to customize a theme.
    • Layout Options: provide some common options for setting the application layout.
      • Enable tab bar: indicates whether to enable the tab bar. If this option is selected, the tab bar will be displayed in the application.

      • Disable returning to workbench: prevents the application from returning to the workbench. If this option is selected, the button for returning to the workbench will not be displayed in the application.

      • Hide menu icons: indicates whether to hide the menu icon. If this option is selected, the menu icon will not be displayed in the application.

    • Toolbar Options: indicates whether to display the language switch button. If this option is selected, the language switch button will be displayed in the application.

  4. Click Save.
  5. On the top menu bar of the application designer, choose Run > Run Now to view the setting effect.
