Overview

The log files are the repository for all operations and status of the DSC. The following log files are available:

**Table 1** Log files
Log Category	File Name	Description
SQL migration logs	DSC.log	Records all activities during SQL migration.
	DSCError.log	Records errors that occurred during SQL migration.
	successRead.log	Records the number of successful input file reads during SQL migration.
	successWrite.log	Records the number of successful input file writes during SQL migration.
Perl migration logs	perlDSC.log	Records all activities, warnings, and errors during Perl migration.

Apache Log4j is used for the DSC logging framework. The files in Table 2 are used and can be customized as required.
