The personnel provide 8/5 support, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), for the following service items: Database Access Service - overseas 1 - Asia, Russia, Latin America (Excluding Brazil), Database Access Service - overseas 2 - Europe, Africa, Brazil, Middle East, Self-built Database Managed Service(5*8) - overseas 1 - Asia, Russia, Latin America (Excluding Brazil), Self-built Database Managed Service(5*8) - overseas 2 - Europe, Africa, Brazil, Middle East, Cloud Database Managed Service(5*8) - overseas 1 - Asia, Russia, Latin America (Excluding Brazil), and Cloud Database Managed Service(5*8) - overseas 2 - Europe, Africa, Brazil, Middle East.
