Service Overview
Based on the customer scenarios and business objectives and the aPaaS businesses, the aPaaS Consulting Service provides customers with enterprise digital transformation and aPaaS cloud service framework consulting services, including business flow consulting and design for customer scenarios, aPaaS platform positioning, peripheral system integration solutions, underlying resources (computing power, storage, and network resources), as well as platform framework planning and design.
Service Content
Enterprise digital transformation has entered the cloud native phase, transforming from resource-centric to application-centric. It is difficult to enable businesses to focus on code, quickly build applications, and provide one-stop O&M, operations, and other services for applications. With Huawei's years of experience in cloud native application development and management, Huawei Cloud provides services, such as consulting and planning of business, development, O&M, and operations, for enterprises that have requirements for standardized cloud application management, helping enterprises build an efficient and standard one-stop application lifecycle management system, and enabling them to quickly respond to business requirements and launch products, ensure product delivery quality, improve customer satisfaction, and eventually improve productivity and competitiveness.

Prerequisites
- The customer has the need for digital transformation and migration to the cloud.
- Required internal information and future planning authorization have been obtained from the customer before the content of the aPaaS Consulting Service is delivered.
- The customer is cooperative and has assigned a dedicated person or team to work with the aPaaS service team for the planning and design.
- The customer and Huawei Cloud have confirmed the solution and signed a contract.

Align the diagnosis result and design the consulting solution with the customer, output the overall blueprint, determine the specific content and implementation pace of the current round of consulting, and determine the objectives. |
