How Do I View Deadlock Logs of GaussDB?
Database deadlock logs are recorded in error logs. If Error Log Collection is enabled, you can download error logs and quickly locate deadlock-related records by searching for keywords Lock wait timeout in the logs.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
- Click in the upper left corner of the page and choose .
- On the Instances page, click the name of the target instance to go to the Basic Information page.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Log Analysis.
- On the Error Logs tab, select a specified time period and click Download in the Operation column to download the error log file.
- Open the error log file, and search for Lock wait timeout to quickly locate deadlock errors.
