How Can I Change the Time Zone of a GaussDB Instance?
You can set the time zone only on the GaussDB console. To change the time zone for an instance, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the management console.
- Click in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
- Click in the upper left corner of the page and choose .
- On the Instances page, click the name of the target instance to go to the Basic Information page.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Parameters.
- Search for the timezone parameter in the search box.
- Select a time zone, and click Save.
- In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
For example, to change the time zone to UTC+08:00, select Asia/Shanghai from the drop-down list.
