What's New in Export Templates?

Due to the introduction of a combined service, the export templates are updated. In the new export templates, a combined service is considered as a single instance. The template shows the associations between child resources and instances, expenditure details, and other relevant information.

The following describes the differences between the new and old export templates.

Order Export Template

The new export template is used by default, and you can choose the old template.

  • Old template

    Other columns remain unchanged.

    1. Improved experience with combined services: The Portfolio Transaction Order No and Experience 2.0 fields are added. For non-combined orders, Portfolio Transaction Order No is displayed as --, and Experience 2.0 is displayed as No.

If an instance consists of multiple child resources, the following fields are combined: Order Type, Service Type, Order Status, and Quantity.

    2. Added fields: The Specification, Product, and Homing Relationship fields are added to display the associations between child resources and instances, and also other details.
    3. Changed field names: Product Quantity is changed to Quantity, Product Name to Product Specifications, Duration to Charging mode, Supplier to Service Provider, Effective On to Start Time, and Expires On to End Time. If multiple instances are provisioned within an order, the values of Start Time and End Time depend on the provisioning time of the first instance provisioned.

Renewal Export Template
