How Do I Obtain the Data Center Location of an ECS?

If you need to apply for an ICP license or warranty after ICP filing, you may need to provide the data center location of your ECS.

You can submit a service ticket on the Huawei Cloud management console to obtain the location.

When submitting a service ticket, you may need to provide the AZ where the ECS is located. For details about how to obtain the AZ, see What Is AZ and How Can I Select and View an AZ?

1. Log in to the management console.
2. Click Service Tickets in the upper right corner of the top menu bar. The My Service Tickets page is displayed.
3. In the navigation pane on the left, click Create Service Ticket. On the displayed page, select Elastic Cloud Server for My Service/Product and Data Center Location for Issue Categories.
4. Enter a problem description.

5. Select I have read and agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Ticket Service Protocol and Privacy Statement.
6. Click Submit to enter the ticket processing phase.

   You can contact the service ticket handler to obtain the data center location of your ECS.
