Partner's customers
Scenario Description
After a partner subscribes to the partner bill (customer consumption details) on the Support Center > API Management > Configure page in Partner Center on HUAWEI CLOUD, the partner can rate its customers for the generated consumptions, and the partner sales platform will generate the customer bills based on this bill. The partner can perform reconciliation with HUAWEI CLOUD based on these customer bills.

Development Suggestions
- If a partner has subscribed to the partner bill (customer consumption details) in the HUAWEI CLOUD Partner Center, HUAWEI CLOUD will send the bill to the partner before 12:00 (Beijing time) on the fifth day of each month.
- The partner sales platform reads the bill and parses it. Then, the partner rates the consumptions of the customer based on this file, and the partner sales platform generates the customer expenditure bill.
