What Can I Do If I Am Not Authorized to View Passwords on the Account Management Page?
Issue Description
If a user does not have the permission to view passwords in the account management module, and the following information is displayed:
Solution
- Log in to Identity and Access Management.
- In the navigation pane, choose Users.

- In the displayed page, click the target username. The user details page is displayed.
- Click the Permissions tab to view all permissions of the current user.

- Click the permission name to view the details and check whether the coc:account:getPassword and kms:dek:decrypt permissions exist in the Action list.

- If the following page is displayed or you do not have the required permissions, contact the account administrator to apply for the coc:account:getPassword and kms:dek:decrypt permissions for the login user on IAM.
