Obtaining Account, IAM User, and Project Information
- Using the console
Your username, user ID, account name, account ID, project name, and project ID need to be specified in the URL and request body for calling certain APIs. Obtain these parameters on the My Credentials page.
- Log in to Huawei Cloud management console.
- Hover over the username and choose My Credentials from the drop-down list.
- View the account name, account ID, username, user ID, project name, and project ID on the API Credentials page.

- Calling an API
- For details about how to obtain a user ID, see Listing IAM Users.
- For details about how to obtain a project ID, see Querying Project Information.
Obtaining User Group Information
- Log in to the IAM console, and choose User Groups in the navigation pane.
- Click next to the target user group to view its name and ID.
Obtaining Region Information
- Log in to the IAM console, and choose Projects in the navigation pane.
- The value in the Project Name column is the ID of the region to which the project belongs.
Obtaining Agency Information
- Log in to the IAM console, and choose Agencies in the navigation pane.
- Hover over the desired agency. The name and ID of this agency are displayed in a pop-up bubble box.
