Exporting a Configuration File
This section describes how to export the current version of a configuration file so that you can view, edit, and share the configuration file locally.
Prerequisites
The configuration file to be exported is available.
- The configuration file has been created. For details, see Creating a Configuration File.
- The configuration file has been imported. For details, see Importing a Configuration File.
Exporting a Configuration File
- Log in to ServiceStage.
- Choose Configuration Management > List.
- Select a configuration file export method by referring to the following table.

Batch export
- Select the configuration files.
- Click Export.
- The exported configuration file is named {Timestamp}.zip, for example, 1743642593371.zip. The timestamp (for example, 1743642593371) is the time when you click Export.
- The name of the level-1 file directory in the package is the name of the enterprise project to which the configuration group of the configuration file to be exported belongs.
- The name of the level-2 file directory is the name of the configuration group to which the configuration file to be exported belongs.
- The configuration file in the level-2 directory is the configuration file to be exported.
Single export
- Click a configuration file.
- In the File Content area, click Download File.
- The exported configuration file is named {Timestamp}.zip, for example, 1743642593371.zip. The timestamp (for example, 1743642593371) is the time when you click Download File.
- The name of the file directory in the package is the name of the configuration group to which the configuration file to be exported belongs.
- The configuration file in the directory is the configuration file to be exported.
