Initiating an Appeal
You can initiate appeals at any time in the service supervision process. This section describes how to initiate an appeal.
Procedure
- In the navigation pane of My KooGallery, choose Service Supervision. Locate the target order and click the button on the Operation column to go to the service monitoring details page.
- On the displayed page, click Initiate Appeal.
- Enter the reason for appeal, upload any proof as attachments, and click OK.
The operations manager will handle the appeal within three working days and notify you of the result via direct message.
