Ingesting DRS Logs to LTS

LTS can collect logs from DRS. After log ingestion is configured, all newly generated logs of DRS instances (including real-time migration, backup migration, real-time synchronization, real-time disaster recovery, and recording and playback instances) are uploaded to LTS for management.
