Platform Users
The system automatically creates system administrator (sysadmin), security administrator (secadmin), and audit administrator (audadmin) accounts. If multiple employees need to use the system, it is recommended to create separate accounts for each employee for easier management.
Background Information
Account permissions are determined by roles. The system automatically creates the following roles: System Administrator, Audit Administrator, and Security Administrator.
Adding a platform user
- Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
- In the left navigation bar, select User Management> Platform User to view the user list, displayed in a card-based paginated format.
- Click the Add User button in the upper right corner.
- Enter the information for adding a user, then click OK. Figure 1 Adding a ew user

Description
Legal Name (Required)
User name.
Username (Required)
The identifier that distinguishes users: the users login account.
Employee ID
The users work identity identifier.
Password (Required)
Enter your account login password.
Password requirements:
- Range: 8 to 255 characters. The length must be at least 8 characters and no more than 255 characters.
- Rule requirements: You can set uppercase English letters (A - Z), lowercase English letters (a - z), numbers (0 - 9), and special characters (!@%^-_=+[{}] colon., slash., slash., question mark., tilde., asterisk, pound sign), and must include at least two of these types.
Confirm Password (Required)
Confirm that it matches the password.
Gender
Select either male or female.
Phone Number
The users phone number can be used for SMS alerts during policy notifications.
Email (Required)
User email information: You can select the email address of the user for email alerts during policy notifications. Additionally, platform users require this email information when applying for and approving permissions.
Select Organization
The users affiliated department allows batch configuration of authorizations and policy settings under asset control for operations and maintenance based on this attribute.

Lock user
User login permission. When disabled, the user cannot log in to the platform.
The system administrator can only view; no operations are permitted.
Newly created users are locked by default.
Affiliated Role
The specific responsibilities assigned to the user. Controls the permissions for which menus the user can access after logging in. In asset operations and maintenance control, authorization and policy configurations can be configured in batches based on this attribute.

Related Operations
- Edit: Select a user, hover over the user card, click the Edit button, and modify the user's configuration information as needed.
- Delete: Select a user, hover over the user card, click the Delete button, and remove the user information as needed.
- Search: In the search area, you can enter a username or note to search for a user.
- The newly created user is locked.
- When the administrator modifies the user password, the system automatically locks it.
- The user cannot unlock or lock the operating system administrator; these operations are performed by the security administrator.
- The user-selected roles operating system administrator cannot perform the operation; it must be performed by the security administrator.
- After the security administrator selects a role for the new user, the user automatically becomes unlocked.
