Basic Integrity Information Preview

Procedure

1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator (sysadmin) account.
2. Select Project Management from the left navigation tree.
3. Select the item for which you need to configure integrity checks; hover your mouse over that item – the relevant buttons will appear on the item card – then click Enter to access the item.
4. In the left navigation tree, select Encryption Settings> Integrity Check Settings. The current page displays an overview of the entire Asset Database, as shown in Figure 1; the basic information for the currently selected database is shown in Table 1.

   • Position 1: Displays the name of the Asset Database.
   • Position 2: Displays the Schema within the current database.
   • Position 3: Displays tables under a Schema.

   Table 1 Basic technical specifications

   Parameter	Description
   Project	Current project name.
   Data Source	The name of the Asset Database as defined in the Asset Database Definition.
   Data source type	The specific database type for the asset database (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
   IP/Domain Name	The IP address of the current asset database.
   Managed Schema	The currently managed Schema.
   Total Fields	The total number of fields in this database.
   Verified Table Count	How many tables in this database have integrity checks configured?
   Unverified Table Count	How many tables in this database do not involve integrity checks?
   Verified Field Count	How many fields in this database are configured with integrity checks?

5. Expand the Schema to locate the table that requires integrity check.
6. Select the table that requires integrity check, then click the Data Structure tab.

   You can view the current table integrity check configuration settings, or configure integrity checks for the fields in the current table, as shown in Figure 2.
