Testing a Robot

You can test your robot to determine whether your configuration is correct.

Procedure

Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
Choose Intelligent Chatbot. Click Test Call in the last column corresponding to the access code to be tested.
In the test dialog box that is displayed, click Start Call.
