Collecting Logs

Prerequisites

• You have installed the OpenEye.
• You have configured OpenEye log upload settings.

Procedure

1. Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
2. Right-click the OpenEye icon in the system tray and choose Upload Logs from the shortcut menu. The task is executed in the background.

3. After the logs are uploaded, go to the /upload/cache directory in the OpenEye installation directory to obtain the logs. The log file is named in the format of OELOG+account+IP address of the OpenEye computer+packaging time (YYYYMMDDhhmmss).
   

   • Log deletion time: 10 days by default.
   • If the log size exceeds 50 MB, contact O&M personnel to manually obtain the logs.
