Importing a Voicebot Flow
The flow is used for quick fault demarcation after a customer enters the fault scenario and fault time in sequence. After the fault demarcation is complete, the fault is transferred to the manual service or other flows configured based on site requirements.
Procedure
- Decompress the flow package AICC_*.*.*_ODFS.zip and obtain the SmartCare_Voice.zip package from the /flowinfo/SmartCare_VoiceBot.zip directory.
- Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator, and import and publish the flow.
- Choose .
- Choose and click Import Flow. In the dialog box that is displayed, click Select File to select the SmartCare_Voice.zip package and click Upload.
- Configure the preset SmartCare_VoiceBot flow and publish it.
- Choose . Set Request URL to the URL of the AICC (replace ip:port with the IP address and port number or domain name of the AICC) for the SmartCare Query and SmartCare Submits interfaces.

Select subflows in the corresponding language and modify the flow variables. In the preceding configuration flow, phoneInput indicates the prompt for entering a mobile number, inputTime indicates the prompt for entering a time, inputScene indicates the prompt for entering a scenario, inputError indicates the prompt for entering an error, locating indicates the waiting prompt, and response indicates the reply when no result is found.
- Click Publish.
- Create an intelligent chatbot.
- Choose Intelligent Chatbot.
- Click
to create an intelligent robot. Set Dialog Type to IVR flow and Associated Process to the flow in 2. - Set Bind Domain by referring to Configuring a Domain and an Intention.
