Data Plane Upgrade

You can modify the namespace label by removing istio-injection:enabled and adding istio.io/rev: {revision} and restart some pods for testing. ({revision} indicates the version number, for example, 1-13-9-r5.) If no error occurs, you can click Upgrade to connect all service instances to the control plane of the new version.
During the upgrade from version 1.3 or 1.6 to 1.8, all sidecars need to be restarted at the same time due to certificate switchover.
After the data plane upgrade is complete, wait until the rolling upgrades of all workloads are complete.
