Scenario
After SSL is enabled, an error message is displayed when a database is connected to using commands.

Troubleshooting
Check whether the connection command uses SSL.
Solution
- Enable SSL and use an SSL connection to connect to a database. For details, see Connecting to a DB Instance Using a MySQL Client.
- Disable SSL and use a non-SSL connection to connect to a database. For details, see Connecting to a DB Instance Using a MySQL Client.
