Permission Management Overview

User Permission Model

RTDService supports permission control in both security and non-security modes. To access and use the RTD Web UI for service operations, you need to grant RTDService permissions to users. The FusionInsight Manager admin user does not have the RTDService permission.

Table 1 lists RTDService resource permissions.

Permission	Description
RTD administrator	Has all permissions on RTDService.
RTD tenant administrator	Creates, queries, and deletes users.
RTD application administrator	Assigns the following permissions to tenants: All basic configuration permissions, including event source management and dimension management All configuration permissions on variables (event variables and batch variables) and rules All database tool permissions All template management permissions
RTD service administrator	Assigns the following permissions to tenants: All variable & rule configuration permissions All decision engine permissions All database tool permissions All template management permissions
