Creating an RTDService Role

Create and configure an RTDService role on FusionInsight Manager as a cluster administrator. The RTDService role can access and use the RTD Web UI to perform service operations.

You need to grant permissions to specified users in RTDService so that they can update, query, and delete data.

Prerequisites

The cluster administrator has planned permissions based on service requirements.

Procedure

  1. Log in to FusionInsight Manager and choose System > Permission > Role.
  2. Click Create Role. On the displayed page, set the Role Name and Description.
  3. Set required resource permissions. Table 1 describes how to add the permissions by role.
