80.5.11 Updates

1. Added the statusBar parameter for hiding the button on the recording status bar to the config API. For details, see JSON Description for UI Configuration.

2. Added the disableVoicePrompts API for disabling prompt tones. For details, see Disabling Prompt Tones.
