Why Can't I View the Subnet and Security Group Information When Creating an Instance?

You may not be able to view the VPC, subnet, security group, or EIP due to insufficient Server Administrator and VPC Administrator permissions. For details about how to add the permissions, see Modifying User Group Permissions.
