Bills
You can view the resource usage and bills in different billing cycles on the Bills page in the Billing Center.
Bill Generation
The usage of pay-per-use resources is reported to the billing system at a fixed interval. A pay-per-use resource is settled by hour, day, or month, depending on the resource's usage type. For details, see Bill Run for Pay-per-Use Resources. Pay-per-use VPN resources are settled by hour.
You are not charged immediately after a record is generated. For example, if pay-per-use VPN resources (settled by hour) are deleted at 08:30, you will still have expenditures for the 08:00 to 09:00 hour. However, you will not likely be billed for the 08:00 to 09:00 hour until about 10:00. On the Billing > Transactions and Detailed Bills > Transaction Bills page in the Billing Center, Expenditure Time in each bill indicates the time when pay-per-use resources are used.
