Why Does the Windows Agent Executable Not Run When I Double-Click It?

Symptom

You double-clicked the Windows Agent executable to install the Agent, but the file did not run.

Possible Causes

The file is blocked by the system.

Solution

Right-click SMS-Agent-py*.exe and select Properties from the shortcut. In the Security area of the General tab, select Unblock, and run the file again.
