Why Is the Consumption Rate Displayed As 0?

The raw metric data of message consumption rate (unit: count/second) is reported once every minute. Message consumption rate = Number of consumed messages per minute/60. The value is rounded down. The consumption rate displays 0 if that number is less than 60.

The consumption rate includes Consumer Group Consumption Rate, Queue Consumption Rate, and Partition Consumption Rate.
