Scenario Description
After a customer purchases cloud service resources, it can switch from the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD portal to manage the purchased cloud service resources. Specifically, the customer can start, stop, or restart an ECS, attach an EVS disk to an ECS, expand the capacity of an EVS disk, create snapshots and backups for an EVS disk, create a VPC and configure subnets, as well as bind, unbind, or release an EIP.
