• Create a TaurusDB instance.
• Migrate data from MySQL on other clouds to TaurusDB.

Prerequisites

• You have registered with Huawei Cloud.
• Your account balance is not below zero.

Deployment Architecture

In this example, the source is a MySQL database on other cloud platforms and the destination is a Huawei Cloud TaurusDB instance. Data is migrated from the source to the destination over a public network. For details about the deployment architecture, see Figure 1.
