**Table 1** Parameters
Parameter	Mandatory	Type	Description
ruleId	No	String	Blacklist or whitelist ID.
ruleType	Yes	String	Type. WHITE BLACK
attribute	Yes	String	If the value starts with tag_xxx, the attributes are filtered by Tag. Otherwise, the attributes are filtered by ServiceId, AppId, ServiceName, Version, Description, Level, or Status.
pattern	Yes	String	Matching rule. The value is a regular expression containing 1 to 64 characters.
timestamp	No	String	Rule creation time. This parameter is used only when you obtain a rule.
description	No	String	Description of a rule. The value can contain up to 256 characters.
modTimestamp	No	String	Latest modification time (UTC).
