Overview

This document describes the external interfaces of each adapter of the CC-Messaging module. These interfaces are invoked by third-party social media platforms to establish and release sessions and send messages. This document also provides the usage instructions of these RESTful interfaces for reference by third-party business customization personnel.

This document applies to message callback on third-party social media platforms.

Privacy Statement

This product provides secondary development capabilities. Some development interfaces involve processing of users' personal data (such as user numbers, email addresses, and communications). You are allowed to provide or develop corresponding functions based on the business requirements and within the purpose and scope permitted by laws and regulations. During the customization development, you are obligated to take considerable measures to ensure that the personal data of customers is fully protected. The measures include but are not limited to the following:

• Collect and process individual data only for required businesses.
• Do not provide hidden channels for accessing the system without being authenticated based on normal mechanisms.
• Do not record sensitive data that may cause economic loss to customers, such as user passwords (plaintext or ciphertext) and bank accounts, in logs.
