Creating a KooPhone Organization
After buying a cloud phone for the first time, an administrator must create an organization. The Huawei account automatically becomes the organization creator, that is, the tenant administrator, and has all management permissions of the organization. You can assign a purchased cloud phone to an enterprise user only after the organization and user are created.
Constraints
An account can create up to five organizations.
Prerequisites
You have bought a cloud phone instance on the console.
Creating a KooPhone Organization
- Sign in to the KooPhone console.
- In the navigation pane on the left of the general-purpose cloud phone, click Organizations and Users.
- Click Create Organization, enter the organization name, and click Next Step. The name contains 1 to 60 characters, including letters, digits, and special characters.
- Set the domain name of the organization.
Enter the organization abbreviation. An abbreviation contains 2 to 30 characters, including letters, digits, or a combination of both, for example, example. The abbreviation will be suffixed with .orgid.top. Click Next Step.
A domain name refers to the content following www. in a website address. For example, example.com in www.example.com is a domain name. Alternatively, a domain name refers to the content following the at sign (@) in an email address. For example, example.com in username@example.com is a domain name.
