Renewing a General-Purpose Cloud Phone Instance

If you want to continue using a yearly/monthly cloud phone instance, you can renew the instance before it expires.

Renewing a Cloud Phone Instance

  1. Sign in to the KooPhone console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left of the general-purpose cloud phone, click Cloud Phone Instances.
  3. Choose either of the following renewal modes:

    • In the instance list, select one or more cloud phone instances and choose Renew in the upper left corner above the list.
    • In the instance list, locate a target cloud phone instance and choose More > Renew in the Operation column on the right.

  4. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
  5. The system redirects you to the renewal page.

    Confirm the cloud phone instance to be renewed again and drag the slider to adjust Renewal Duration.

    If you select Renew on the standard renewal date, all instances you renew this time will be renewed on the X day (the first day by default) of each month. You can click the edit icon to customize a date.

  6. After the settings are complete, click Pay and complete the payment as prompted.
