Managing Enterprise Projects
An enterprise project is a cloud resource management mode. Enterprise Management provides users with comprehensive management of cloud-based resources, personnel, permissions, and finances. Common management consoles are oriented to the control and configuration of individual cloud products. The Enterprise Management console, in contrast, is more focused on resource management. It is designed to help enterprises manage cloud-based resources, personnel, permissions, and finances, in a hierarchical management manner, such as management of companies, departments, and projects.
Users who have enabled Enterprise Project Management can use it to manage cloud service resources on .
Binding an Enterprise Project
When creating a workspace, you can select an enterprise project for the workspace to associate the DLF workspace with the enterprise project. For details, see Workspace. The Enterprise Project drop-down list displays the projects you created. The system also has an internally built enterprise project default. If you do not select an enterprise project for the workspace, the default project is used.
During workspace creation, if the workspace is successfully bound to an enterprise project, the workspace has been created. If the binding fails, the system sends an alarm and the workspace fails to be created.
When the DLF workspace is deleted, the association between the DLF workspace and the enterprise project is automatically deleted.
Viewing Enterprise Projects
After a workspace is created, you can view the enterprise projects associated with the workspace on the workspace configuration page. You can query only the workspace resources of the project on which you have the access permission.
In the list on the workspace configuration page, view the enterprise project to which the workspace belongs.

When querying the resource list of a specified project on the Enterprise Management console, you can also query the DLF resources.
Migrating a Workspace to or Out of an Enterprise Project
One DLF workspace can be associated with only one enterprise project. After a workspace is created, you can migrate it from its current enterprise project to another one on the Enterprise Management console, or migrate a DLF workspace from another enterprise project to a specified enterprise project. After the migration, the workspace is associated with the new enterprise project. The association between the workspace and the original enterprise project is automatically released. For details, see Enterprise Project Management > Managing Resources in the Enterprise Management User Guide.
