Upgrading Management

This function is used for iterative version upgrade of the product and supports convenient one-click upgrade.

Upgrading The System

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. Select System Settings > Upgrade Management from the left navigation bar.
  3. Obtain the upgrade file from the manufacturer.
  4. Click the Upload files button and select the local upgrade file to upload it to the server.
  5. After successful file upload, the Latest Version field displays the version number of the uploaded upgrade package.
  6. Click the One-click upgrade button. The system replaces program files, restarts services and completes the upgrade automatically. The service interruption during upgrade lasts no more than 10 minutes.
  7. Re-log in to the system after successful upgrade to perform subsequent operations.

Operation Result

The management platform service restarts automatically after successful upgrade. Refresh the page to the login screen and sign in again after waiting for a short period.

The platform service will restart during upgrading; wait patiently and re-login upon completion.

Get the upgrade file: Obtain the upgrade file package from the manufacturer offline.

After the system upgrade is successful, the current version number will match the latest version number.
