Importing and Exporting

• The discovered and confirmed results should be shared with individuals who are unable or unwilling to log into the system. Use the Export function; this function exports the discovered and confirmed results into an Excel file.
• When the discovery and confirmation process requires collaboration among multiple individuals, and the confirming personnel are unwilling or unable to log in to the database encryption system, use a combination of the Import and Export methods.
  • The system administrator can export the data to an Excel spreadsheet using the Export function.
  • The confirming party's personnel shall confirm the changes by modifying the Excel spreadsheet.
  • The system administrator then imports the modified Excel spreadsheet.

To import or export data, as shown in Figure 1, simply click Export or Import. When importing, ensure that the data is in Excel format; please verify this carefully before proceeding.
