Configuring Sensitive Fields in Batche

During the sensitive data identification process, it is often necessary to batch-configure a specific field as a particular sensitive data field. For example, setting all instances of `Customer_Name` in the system to the Name data field. In such cases, the Batch Configuration Rule should be used.

Batch rule configuration: Used when a field is identified as containing the same type of sensitive data.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Enter the field name in the Field Filter box, then press Enter; the system will automatically filter out fields with the same name.
2. Then, click Batch Rule Configuration; the system will assign all filtered fields to the same sensitive data field type.

Procedure

1. Select a specific field from the filtered results, then click Set to open the Data Field Settings pop-up window, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Select the sensitive data fields to be configured (e.g., Name) and the discovery rules. Click Confirm to complete the unified configuration for all filtered fields.

When table and field names follow a standardized naming convention, this is a convenient way to configure them.
