Prerequisites

You have completed the configurations in Settings > Server Settings.

Procedure

1. Double-click the OpenEye and enter the softphone number and password on the login page. You can select Remember Password or Auto Login as required. Click Log In.

   Before logging in to the Chinese version and making anonymous calls, select Agree Huawei Privacy Policy.

2. Log in to the OpenEye workspace page. If the login fails, a dialog box is displayed, prompting you to change the account or password.
