Case Status

You can customize case statuses on the Case Status page during case handling.

Prerequisites

  • You have the Case Configuration permission.
  • The case 2.0 feature has been enabled for the tenant space.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC and choose Configuration Center > Case Configuration 2.0 > Case Configuration > Case Status.
  2. Click Create and enter a status name.
  3. Click Confirm.
  4. (Follow-up operation) Choose Configuration Center > Case Configuration 2.0 > Case Configuration > Case Type and select the created case status for a case type.
