Deleting a Chatbot
You can delete a single chatbot.
Procedure
- Log in to Huawei Cloud.
- Choose Service List > Business Applications > Cognitive Engagement Center.
- Choose Resource Management > ChatBot.
- Select a chatbot type.
- Select a call center instance name in the upper right corner and find the chatbot to be deleted.
- Click Delete in the row that contains the chatbot.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
